粘土砂的流动性
Fluidity of clay sand
型砂在外力作用或本身重力的作用下沿模样和砂粒间相对移动的能力称为流动能力。流动性好的型砂可得到紧实度均匀、轮廓清晰、表面光洁、尺寸精确的型腔,有利于防止机械粘砂,并可减少紧砂时间和提高生产率。
The ability of molding sand to move between pattern and sand under the action of external force or gravity is called flow ability. The mold cavity with uniform compactness, clear contour, smooth surface and accurate size can be obtained by the sand with good fluidity, which is beneficial to prevent mechanical sand sticking, reduce sand tightening time and improve productivity.
粒度大而集中,角形系数小的砂流动性好。
The sand with large particle size and small angle coefficient has good fluidity.
粘结剂的性质和加入量对流动性也有很大影响。实践证明钙基膨润土砂的流动性最好,普通粘土稍次,钠基膨润土最差。在原砂加入量一定时,不能借提高水分来提高流动性。
The properties and amount of binder also have a great influence on the fluidity. It has been proved that the fluidity of Ca bentonite sand is the best, that of common clay is a little less, and that of Na bentonite is the worst. When the amount of original sand is fixed, the fluidity can not be improved by increasing water content.
混砂时间过久会使粘土砂结块,到哪混砂时间不足以致没混均匀,都显著降低流动性。未经松砂处理的型砂流动性也较差。加入柴油或重油提高流动性。
If the mixing time is too long, the clay sand will agglomerate. If the mixing time is not enough to mix evenly, the fluidity will be significantly reduced. The fluidity of molding sand without loose sand treatment is also poor. Add diesel or heavy oil to improve the fluidity.
