粘土砂干强度

干强度对于干型、表面干型和干芯在运输、合型及浇注初期有着实际意义通常测定抗弯、抗压、抗拉和抗剪等干强度。砂型烘干后,自由水和吸附水逸失,质点相互靠近,质点间附着力增加,砂型湿强度比干强度有显著增加。砂粒大小对型砂干强度影响不显著。影响干强度主要是粘土和水分。
The dry strength is of practical significance for the dry type, surface dry type and dry core in the transportation, closing and early pouring stage. After drying, the free water and adsorbed water escape, the particles are close to each other, the adhesion between particles increases, and the wet strength of sand mold is significantly higher than the dry strength. The size of sand has no significant effect on the dry strength of molding sand. The influence of dry strength is mainly clay and moisture.
在相同的粘土加入量的情况下,一般膨润土砂的干强度高于普通粘土砂。但在实际生产中由于膨润土的用量和水分均较低,并且膨润土砂在100-200℃脱水量集中,如果不采取严格的烘干制度将会导致砂型和砂芯开裂,因而实际强度反而回比普通粘土砂低。增加紧实度,能提高粘土砂的干强度。

However, in the actual production, due to the low consumption and water content of bentonite, and the concentrated dehydration of bentonite sand at 100-200 ℃, if the strict drying system is not adopted, the sand mold and sand core will crack, so the actual strength is lower than that of ordinary clay sand. The dry strength of clay sand can be improved by increasing compactness.
